What does the Equal Opportunities Officer do?

The central Equal Opportunities Officer has many different tasks: She advises and supports the university management, the faculties, the central institutions and the administration in fulfilling their legal equality mandate, she participates in personnel and organisational development processes, is an advisory and contact point for all members of the university and much more.
